MobileDigital is a software development company established in Australia in 2015. MobileDigital remains committed to equipping organizations with the essential tools to deliver seamless, convenient, and captivating experiences demanded by today's mobile consumers.
In 2018, the company introduced a world first mobile marketing SaaS platform that enabled users with design and personalisation tools for MMS and SMS that had not previously been available. Since then, the company has continuously enhanced the capabilities of the platform in collaboration with some of Australia’s most successful online retailers.
In late 2022, MobileDigital unveiled the second generation of their platform, designed by marketers for marketers and tailored for the global market. Marketed as "intouch," this industry-leading platform offers patented processes and personalized features that empower marketers to directly and visually engage their mobile clients individually, on a one-to-one basis, at scale.
With intouch, users gain unique capabilities to design, personalize, send, and track MMS and SMS messages. The platform also provides industry-leading features for building and managing mobile opt in client lists, automated and human response capabilities, Add2Wallet passes, push and update notifications, and a fast two-tap mobile centric checkout feature, product name Tap2Buy.
As a leader in mobile marketing, intouch offers marketers all the necessary features and experience for effective direct mobile engagement, combining user-friendly interfaces with flexibility and freedom to engage their mobile audience.
After achieving success in Australia and the UK, MobileDigital expanded its reach in 2023 to sell and support intouch in the North American market, actively seeking to grow its client base and distribution network.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Eibhlis (pronounced eye-leash) began her career in IT&T in Ireland after graduating with a degree in Electronic Engineering from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She worked as an IT consultant within GE Capital in Dublin before moving to Edinburgh to work for a subsidiary of Halifax Bank.
In 2001, Eibhlis immigrated to Australia and continued her career in IT consulting, focusing on state-of-the-art internet projects such as VOIP, phone banking, and electronic payments. Since her early involvement in mobile-based banking initiatives, Eibhlis has believed in the mobile channel's potential as the ultimate consumer channel.
In 2015, Eibhlis founded MobileDigital, assembling an innovative team of software developers who shared her vision that the mobile would become the ultimate customer engagement channel.
