Having launched as a B2C business proposition, THE FLOORR relaunched at the end of 2023. Founded by Lupe Puerta, this unique hybrid SaaS platform caters to a rapidly growing and extremely valuable space within luxury retail.
THE FLOORR serves as an operating system for the luxury client-facing community, offering simple and intuitive technology to effortlessly monetise on clients style, and establish and grow their businesses.
THE FLOORR comes from the founder’s innate passion for the customer and the invaluable knowledge that the luxury fashion sales collective possesses. They are the unsung heroes of the fashion industry and THE FLOORR puts them front and centre, for the benefit of the customer.
ABOUT THE FOUNDER
THE FLOORR was founded by Lupe Puerta to bring the luxury shop floor's invaluable expertise into the digital realm so that style-seeking clients can benefit from their professional insight and advice whilst shopping online – on a global scale.
Formerly Global Head of Personal Shopping and Global Director of VIP Client Relations at NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER, Lupe forged her career with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury retail institutions including Harrods and Selfridges, before joining NET-A-PORTER in 2004, where she began her pivotal 15-year tenure.
There, Lupe pioneered a new era of client services and shaped NET-A-PORTER’s offering into the one-of-a-kind proposition it is today. Lupe established a deep understanding of the top-level customer, grew NET-A-PORTER’s personal shopping team from three to over 40 multilingual people across three continents, and developed an invitation-only, bespoke service for NET-A-PORTER's most loyal clients. In 2013, she relocated to Hong Kong to set up NET-A-PORTER’s Asia-Pacific Personal Shopping team, before returning to London to create and helm the Client Relations team - the first of its kind for a multi-brand, online retailer.
Lupe’s extensive knowledge of the nuances specific to a consumer, region or continent ensured a highly targeted service as she and her team travelled the globe to meet with NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER’s clients, bridging the digital and physical experience.
