Wishi is the only assisted e-commerce solution that combines AI and best-in-class human expertise to increase sales for online retailers. Wishi’s technology continuously accumulates customer data to pre-recommend precise items for the expert who will then recommend to the client. As our machine learning self-optimizes, it perpetually increases experts’ efficiency, (more than 50x), ensuring they are able to guide the highest volume of shoppers to the most personalized inventory possible. Therefore shoppers will spend more and continue to engage, which means increased Lifetime Value (LTV) per client, Units Per Transaction (UPT) and customer loyalty for brands.
We are entering year two of our partnership with America’s oldest and largest retailer, Saks Fifth Avenue, which has been a huge success (AOV 3.4x, 67% client retention, 233% increase in UPT & more). Clea O’hana
Clea has invested in and led firms in the service and experience space for over a decade. She began her professional life at HSBC where her interest in start-up financing was born. In 2015, Clea co-founded Wishi with the vision of combining the best of software and services to power personalization for any website. Under her leadership, Wishi has become the world's leading e-commerce sales optimization tool, boasting 296% growth in gross revenue since 2020. Since the pandemic, Clea has raised over $15M and made Wishi a key part of any tool suite necessary to maintain a competitive advantage in e-commerce. Wishi's proprietary technology & supercharged experts successfully generate a transaction rate 368% higher than industry average, which created the market demand for Wishi's embedded solution. The world's biggest retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Kering Brands, and many others are Powered By Wishi.
Lia Kislev
Lia was born and raised in Israel, but studied at New York University in Manhattan. Her background is in Digital Marketing and before relocating to San Francisco to establish the Wishi headquarters, she was previously head of an advertising agency in Israel whose clients included Pepsi, Mango and Gap.
Karla Welch
Karla’s discerning eye and ability to style clients in ways that enhance their unique personas and authenticity has garnered her an extensive list of A-list celebrity clients, including Justin Bieber, Olivia Wilde, Traccee Ellis Ross, Sarah Paulson, Elisabeth Moss, Karlie Kloss, Ruth Negga, and Amy Poehler.
Karla brings the same approach to her work as a designer. She fuses inspiration from vintage icons with designs that feel fresh yet familiar. Her first foray into design was a successful collection of Hanes white tees, inspired by the original t-shirts she customized for Justin Bieber. That effort quickly grew into her line xkarla under which she creates affordable basics for everyone, all with her signature style and altruistic efforts. After xkarla was born then followed collaborations with iconic American brands Levi’s, Dockers, and Express, where she is known for pushing creative boundaries and infusing social purpose.
Beyond her styling and design practice, Karla runs respected creative agency Meritocracy with her photographer-husband Matthew Welch. There, she leads creative direction and design for major fashion labels.
